1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the syntaai.com website and its subdomains, including our interactive demo at demo.syntaai.com (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Use of the Syntasec product and the SyntaAI services is governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organization) and SyntaAI; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to the product, the separate agreement controls.

2. About SyntaAI

SyntaAI provides AI-powered SAP security and compliance software, including the Syntasec platform and related services. Content on the Site is provided for general information and to describe our products and services.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach any security or authentication measures, other than through a channel we expressly authorize
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of the Site or its demo, except to the extent permitted by law
• Introduce malware or any other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising

4. The interactive demo

Our demo at demo.syntaai.com is provided for evaluation and demonstration purposes only and runs on sample, non-production data. You agree not to enter real SAP credentials, live system data, confidential information, or the personal data of others into the demo. Demo outputs are illustrative, may be generated using AI, and are provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. The demo is not intended for production use.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and arrangement of the Site — are owned by or licensed to SyntaAI and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “SyntaAI”, “Syntasec”, and our logos are trademarks of Syntaai Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference.

6. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute security, legal, compliance, financial, or other professional advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and any action you take based on Site content is at your own risk.

We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you under local law.
